If you are not completely satisfied with your OrthoSole insoles, return them within 90 days of purchase, to the place of such purchase, for a credit or refund. This guarantee is only valid with a written proof of purchase and is subject to the return policy of the retailer/store from whom the purchase was made. Please note that we do not refund or cover shipping and handling charges.
