Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order is submitted, it is immediately transmitted to an automated processing system.  This system allows us to provide you with the fastest method for receiving your order.

As such, order modifications are generally not possible and order cancellations cannot be guaranteed.  If you would like to cancel an order placed recently, contact customer service immediately at (866) 925-4189 or by e-mail at support@orthosole.com.
